A project will always start with an in-depth meeting to really understand what our clients want to achieve. For example some have a clear idea:  

“We really need a new kitchen/bathroom/study!”

For others, the discussion will involve understanding what doesn’t work for them:

“Our family needs have changed and we can’t all live here with the house like this, but we have no idea what to do!”

A plan of broad suggestions and ideas will then be presented and agreed on. Following that architects, builders, engineers might be involved to ensure feasibility and costs.
